Dear Readers,

Please know we thoroughly believe you in fact we know your accusations are true.), been victimized by the above who have privately contacted us,and who want to support the Office of the Attorney General conducting the prosecution of William Hamel’s Bribery case,  as a courtesy, we are publishing William Hamel’s upcoming court appearance for Bribery Case #04794-2009 in Bronx Supreme Court -Criminal Term, location: Bronx Supreme – Criminal Two-Six-Five East 161 Street Bronx, NY 10451 The link: http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcrim_attorney/DefendantSearch  , and link:  http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcrim_attorney/Detail?which=charge&docketNumber=EzR6xmZu_PLUS_dV5fosjHp9sWA==&countyId=FstEr2LUtlPbqBzUv1dQCw==&docketId=5ZqgBuWwCK0TtvMPSjtdDg==&docketDseq=Aa/FQZmXpQdsZcUMv07NUw==&defendantName=Hamel,+William&court=Bronx+Supreme+Court+-+Criminal+Term&courtType=S&recordType=C&recordNum=D0YDtcA8UswBQCMDS/TKvg==

      Dear Reader,

Firstly thank you for your comment. This is ridiculous but when a case is disposed it is not posted on the internet. It is only posted while the case is pending. You can find out information about this in the FAQs section on webcrims on ecourts.

Having said that, not to worry, we will gladly tell you via documents from the records on William Hamel. In fact we have begun to do so. We have just published his Mug Shot!

Still can’t find disposition of case. Did he accept a plea bargain? How would I get that information? Seems like the courts are protecting the criminals.

          Dear Audience member,

Not to worry. We’re on the task. We are posting William Hamel’s Mug Shot and the details of his case, and alleged crimes.

But indeed you are right. In Brooklyn, the Court is allegedly trying to protect these criminals from being exposed by allegedly keeping incriminating evidence from the public record, etc.–We can assure you though that will not be for long as World-News-Media (W-N-M) is on top of the case–excuse the pun. We have promised the Kings County Supreme Court Judge that we will post his name as our court Sources, (who are honest people), have alerted us to what is going on.

He, (yes this Supreme Court Justice is a male), has thus far posted that the litigant in the case is disputing allegedly unearned thus allegedly fraudulent Attorney Fees and Disbursements allegedly charged by Dinkes & Schwitzer.–(not enough!), which is a change from no allusion to the details at all on the internet. But we will not commend a Supreme Court Justice for being honest, and certainly not for being partially honest.

Incidentally, in terms of Bronx Supreme Court-Criminal Term. There is some idiocy that exists at least in Bronx County at the bronx Supreme Court-Criminal Term, so that when a case is disposed they wipe the contents of which off the internet as if it never existed. We do not condone this practice, it is misleading, and uninformative, and further, stupid as it sure does appear that they are trying to protect the criminals.

You may want to call the Bronx County Clerk’s Office in regard to file #4794/09.

In the meantime, do not hesitate to read our articles/posts containing Hamel’s Mug Shot, the details of his case, and the goings-on in Brooklyn Supreme Court that we’re covering.

i saw your posting tonight. Apparently Hamel received a conditional discharge and may have paid a $300000 fine. Will this effect his ability to practice law in NY.

              Dear Audience Member,

According to Hamel’s lawyer, Gustave Newman, Hamel’s admittance to the Class A Misdemeanor should effect his ability to practice in New York State as, at the least, the Disciplinary Committee should suspend or at most disbar him. We will be posting a letter Newman sent to Judge Barrett, (in an effort to try to get Hamel off the hook), that makes reference to this fact.

We are cognizant that the Disciplinary Committee is allegedly rampant with Nepotism and Cronyism–To them it is allegedly who you know. Now, we may be wrong about this; but let’s see. Hamel paid a $300,000 fine. That’s not a parking ticket and that’s not deserving of a censure.

And you are right, Hamel did receive a conditional discharge.

You can, and we will, call the Disciplinary Committee to see if they’ve done anything. If they don’t, you can be sure we will, publicize it…..

              Dear AM,

              Hamel is guilty of the crimes he was accused of committing for a few reasons;

              A-HE CONFESSED!
              B-HE CONFESSED!
              C-HE CONFESSED!

AND HE DID SO BECAUSE HE WAS CAUGHT IN THE COMMISSION OF FEDERAL CRIMES, I.E., CRIM. FACILITATION–IN LAYMAN’S LANGUAGE BRIBING A PUBLIC SERVANT!

So there are no two ways about it. When you confess, you are guilty.

Having said that, Hamel is not being pursued by the Disciplinary Committee, (DC) as he should be because of cronyism which is rampant there. However, our extremely reliable sources tell us that honest lawyers are avoiding William Hamel and Dinkes & Schwitzer, and Godosky & Gentile like the plague, (naturally), as they know that anyone associated with them are forever tainted, (Look at Roy Bean Sherman, his reputation is ruined forever, so we hear), and, as the powers that be at the DC will be changing…..

And so, in answer to your question he should not be practicing law currently.
