Update: The Litigant Will Give Us Another Interview Telling Us, Among Other Things If Hamel Is, An Alleged Fugitive Running From The Law For Not Appearing For His Subpoena And If The Court Is Allegedly Assisting Him In His Endeavor
December 11, 2013 § 1 Comment
The Litigant has agreed to allow us conduct another interview and post the outcome of the appearances
Let us write with extreme clarity and update all: the crux of this Action is whether or not Dinkes & Schwitzer prosecuted the litigant’s case or not. Thus far, from our examination of the all available documents,–(Dinkes & Schwitzer doesn’t possess all such as a transcript for an EBT as they didn’t prosecute the case in question, and the others they refuse to come forward with–we wonder why……) all evidence points to the fact that they did not. And there is not one shred of evidence that points to the contrary.
To compound that, as far as we gather, Known and Admitted Criminal William Hamel has broken the law,–Yet again–SURPRISE!!!—- by not showing up despite being Subpoenaed, when the laws regarding such are very strict and clear. There is absolutely no reason that anyone is allowed out of appearing to testify for a subpoena ESPECIALLY A LAWYER.
If Hamel does not show as far as we know Admitted, Known, Criminal, William Hamel, can allegedly add “Fugitive” to that moniker.
We will get the report from the Litigant and pass the news on to you all.
And by the way, before we sign off from this article, we want to say a friendly hello to Dinkes & Schiwtzer and Godosky & Gentile–our sources tell us, you’ve just tuned in and you’re watching and reading!
